    The Maintenance Mechanic position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals.


    As a member of the Maintenance Team, the Mechanic will work to maintain equipment and machines within all departments.

    • Knowledge in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Electrical Systems.
    • Computer literate and understanding of PLC theory
    • Ability to operate shop equipment, Drill Press, Band Saw, Bench Grinder,
    • Perform routine maintenance on all equipment
    • Assist with all reactive/repair maintenance
    • Ability to read Blue prints, Drawings, and Schematics.
    • Assist with all new equipment installations
    • Provide assistance to all co-workers as necessary
    • Perform various duties, related but not stated, to the maintenance operation as deemed necessary by manager
    • Must be team-oriented and have your own tools.
    • Previous experience on Roll formers is a PLUS
    • Ability to work independently or with a team and communicate effectively
    • Plan, lead and execute preventative maintenance (PM) according to PM schedule to minimize equipment downtime
    • Operate a forklift as needed to complete duties
    • Willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
    • Repair and Maintenance of all plant equipment and property



    • At least 5yrs experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Apprentice.
    • Technical schooling strongly preferred
    • Attention to detail, flexibility, minimal supervision - self-motivated, job knowledge, productivity conscious.
