We are currently Hiring for a Skilled - Electrician II!

Responsibilities

  • Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and correct electrical problems.
  • Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, as needed.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.
  • Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists as needed.
  • Use common hands and power tools.
  • Diagnose electrical or mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, using electrical schematics and/or repair manuals.
  • Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery as needed.
  • Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, AC and DC drives, servo control systems, 24VDC, 110VAC, and 460 VAC power systems
  • Perform other tasks as directed or needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Journeyman Certification or Completion of a documented maintenance training program or trade certification.
  • 5-7 Years Minimum Experience plus accredited schooling or certification
  • PLC’s - Knowledge of Siemens, GE, and Allen Bradley PLC ladder logic, including the ability to write and troubleshoot PLC programs
